Integrations

Connect first. Replace in stages.

Confirmity reads from the systems you already use, and every send to a payer waits for a person to confirm it. Each connection below shows where it really stands today.

What Confirmity connects to.

Status comes from our own build docs. "In progress" means the code exists and is tested, but no live claim or patient data has gone through it yet.

Moving off your old EHR

Run side by side before anything switches.

An import starts in an isolated trial with spot checks and count comparisons. Then the old system and Confirmity run in parallel for 30 days, and a program switches only when parity reaches 98 or higher. Missing balances stay marked unknown, never zero.

Every connection

Three rules, no exceptions.

Reads first

Each connection declares what it reads. Anything it cannot do shows as unavailable, never as a fake success.

Sends wait for a person

Claims, signatures and payer requests sit in the confirm queue until an authorized staff member says yes.

No duplicate sends

Every payer send is checked against the exchange ledger, so a retry never submits the same claim twice.
